Season Registration
Welcome to Highland Park High School Fall Hockey! Registration for the upcoming season is now open.
As in previous years, the program is targeting to field a Varsity and a Junior Varsity team. As the season approaches, we will send additional details to all registrants regarding tryouts, team placements, and practice schedules.
Program Overview:
Season Dates: Late-August to February 1. Playoffs thereafter.
Tournaments: We anticipate participating in three tournaments (at least two of which will be close to home / driving distance).
Practices: Held 2–3 times per week, typically in the evenings.
Rinks: Centennial Ice Arena in Highland Park.
Fees: This season, fees will increase to support having IBJI-certified athletic trainers at all home games and a new off-ice program.
Fundraising Fee (Fully Refundable): To support the program’s operating expenses throughout the season, a $500 fundraising deposit will be required at registration. This fee is fully refundable through participation in two team-organized fundraising events during the Fall season. More information will be provided on these fundraising activities in August.
Team Placement and Deposit Policy: Please note, once a player is placed on a team, the deposit becomes non-refundable, even if the player chooses not to participate.

Are jerseys provided or are they purchased separately?
Example: Club jerseys are required and may be purchased at TJ Sporting Goods.

What costs beyond registration fees should be expected?
Example: Expect team managers to collect funds to cover tournament entry fees.
